Nestled in the beautiful Arbuckle Mountains with easy access to numerous area attractions! We acquired this 100 acre property in 2006 while we were both continuing our careers with the National Park Service. We spent most of our free time at the historic farm/ ranch site. Much of our time was spent harvesting pecans and improving the property. As we enjoyed the work and recreation, we became bonded with the land and its diverse scenery. We had an idea that others would like to visit as well.
As National Park employees, we have had a tremendous opportunity to experience beautiful places from Alaska to Puerto Rico, and National Parks all over the United States. When we decided to add a couple of rental cabins to the site, we had a good idea of what accommodations were desirable to outdoor enthusiast and families searching for a cozy retreat. That idea is basically having everything you need, without being too expensive. We have hosted thousands of people since then and continue to make improvements for a more enjoyable stay.
